My Approach

I bring a warm, caring, and empathetic approach that allows clients to feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely understood, seen and heard fully.

My path into Clinical Psychotherapy grew from a deep desire to understand individuals inner worlds and to be present with others in moments that are honest, raw, and profoundly human. While formal training provided a direction, it was real-life practice that gave my work its depth and character. For more than fifteen years, I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals through periods of vulnerability, transition, and meaningful change. Following your complimentary 30-minute consultation, we can collaborate on a therapy approach that feels intentional, compassionate, and tailored specifically to you.

Asking for help is a kind step forward to taking care of yourself. I have worked as a therapist for over 18 years. My

Together, we can gently explore anxiety, inner conflicts, and questions of self-understanding, while learning how to invite more joy and move through change with greater ease. Our work may also involve addressing burnout, relationship difficulties, or experiences of betrayal, always at a pace that feels right for you. I work with individuals and couples.

I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with an MSc in Psychoanalytical Studies from University College London (UCL). I work with both individuals and couples, offering a thoughtful, compassionate space for reflection and growth.
